The Inn At Venice Beach is a boutique style hotel located on Washington Blvd right before the termination point of Washington Blvd and the beach. Painted in fluorescent bright colors, the hotel is located just steps from the Ocean Front Walk at Venice Beach and minutes from Marina Del Ray.
The hotel is located right at the gateway to Venice Beach on Washington Blvd. Upon stepping out of the lobby and making a right it is a short walk to the beach entrance to Venice and Ocean Front Walk. From here there a vast array of dining options from Italian to Mexican to All American. The beach front vibe comes alive in this area with hundreds of people on foot, on bikes and in cars all entering and exiting Venice Beach. It is here you can begin the walk north along Ocean Front Walk that extends 2 miles into Santa Monica.
By making a left instead of a right out of the lobby of The Inn at Venice Beach, your route will take you to Marina Del Rey. Any of the roads going south (to the right) off of Washington Blvd will lead you straight into the Marina Del Rey Harbor. Not as hectic as the Venice Beach scene, Marina Del Rey is a dock area of hundreds of boats docked as well as those departing or arriving from cruises locally in the harbor or from the Pacific. This area is home to a few other hotels including the Ritz Carlton, Marriott, . There is also a broad choice of both bars and restaurants in this area.
The rooms at the hotel are very comfortable and efficient. The Inn At Venice hosts a central courtyard where many of the rooms open up into. The courtyard is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the beach.

For those travelers needing easy and fast access to LAX, the Inn at Venice is a good choice. Visitors looking to spend most of their time taking in the sights of Marina Del Rey, Venice and Santa Monica will find the hotel strategically located. However those looking to venture to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood will find it to be a bit of trek. A car will be needed and at peak travel times, travel to these areas can be up to an hour. In off peak times travel time is around 30 minutes.
